Opportunity
We are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Architect to join our team. The Sr. Enterprise Architect will be responsible for leadership, facilitation, analysis, and design tasks related to the development of an enterprise technical architecture that applies across multiple business domains. The architect will provide technology direction and guidance for strategic projects/initiatives aligned with enterprise architecture principles and considerations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and trends.
- Stay informed of industry developments and regulations.
- Assist in vendor/product selection and develop evaluation models.
- Design and oversee bank-specific Proof of Concept demonstrations.
- Lead or support enterprise capability definition aligned with business strategy.
- Provide technical/business consulting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze business drivers to determine architecture requirements.
- Drive strategic initiatives and maintain relationships with business leaders.
- Plan technical architecture activities and develop standards.
- Mentor Agile/DevOps practices among teams.
- Facilitate the evolution of architecture and governance processes.
- Define and approve architecture principles and standards.
- Analyze metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications needed
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of architecture experience, including leadership on complex projects.
- 7+ years of experience solving technical challenges for business needs.
- 5+ years of mentoring experience.
- 6+ years of experience in data architecture and analytics.
- 6+ years of experience with cloud-based data tools, preferably AWS.
- Working knowledge of Informatica, Microsoft Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in data & business intelligence concepts, including ETL and reporting.
